Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase, for the portion you have not yet spent. Request a refund from your dashboard or contact support.
How is usage calculated?
You are charged per token (input and output) based on the model's pricing. Costs are deducted after each request completes. You can see exact costs in your dashboard logs.
What happens when I run out of credits?
API requests will return a 402 error. Enable auto top-up in your settings to avoid interruptions.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts start with $0 balance. Purchase any credit package to get started. There is no free trial, but the $10 starter package lets you test extensively.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets via Stripe.
What's the markup over provider pricing?
ApexApi applies a 20% markup over the upstream provider's cost. This covers API infrastructure, rate limiting, logging, dashboard, and support.
