Frequently asked questions

Are these different plans?

No. There are no plans or tiers. You buy credits in whatever amount you want and pay per request. Every account gets the same models and features. The amount you add just decides how often you top up.

How is usage calculated?

You pay per token (input and output) at each model's published price. Costs are deducted after each request completes, and you can see the exact cost of every call in your dashboard logs.

Do I get more credits for buying a larger amount?

No. Credits are 1:1 with what you pay, so $50 buys $50 of credits. There is no bonus for buying more, and credits never expire.

What happens when I run out of credits?

API requests return a 402 error until you top up. Turn on auto top-up in your settings to refill automatically and avoid interruptions.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase, for the portion you have not yet spent. Request a refund from your dashboard or contact support.

How do I know what a call will cost?

Every model page shows that model's live price in real dollars, and the exact cost of each call comes back on the response and is stored in your dashboard logs. You can also read prices programmatically from GET /v1/models.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets via Stripe.
